  • Float Tank

    Inside our Floatation Therapy room you will find a floatation tank, which is a pod filled with highly concentrated Epsom salt water and heated to your body temperature. The salt water enables you to float effortlessly, this induces meditation relaxing the body and mind allowing for natural healing and recovery to take place. Research has shown that sensory isolation can produce deep relaxation that helps to improve wellbeing, focus and memory.

  • Infrared Sauna

    Our 3 in 1 Infrared Sauna use’s technology that delivers the full infrared spectrum including near, mid & far infrared wavelengths resulting in greater health benefits. Those health benefits include; detoxification, immune boosting, pain relief, weightloss & more. 

    Using an infrared sauna regularly means you can speed up important healing processes and support the detoxification pathways that are critical for all of us. 

  • Normatec Compresion Therapy

    NormaTec PULSE technology helps you to recover quicker and perform at your best. The system uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilise fluid, and speed up recovery with a unique massage pattern. Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner, then release. This contributes to an excellent recovery and rejuvenation of your lower body.
